Affiliate Terms
1. Relationship
Approved creators participate as independent promoters of Hey Maddie. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
2. Commission
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commission equals 25% of eligible first-month collected subscription revenue attributed to your unique creator link. Commission is based on collected revenue, excluding refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, and other ineligible activity.
3. Attribution
Attribution uses your unique creator link and server-side tracking. Last eligible creator click wins within the configured cookie window. Manual claims are not permitted unless expressly approved.
4. Content and disclosures
You agree to publish truthful, original content and clearly disclose your affiliate or sponsored relationship with Hey Maddie. You may not make unsupported product claims, guaranteed earnings claims, or deceptive statements. To receive payouts, you must publish at least one qualifying TikTok of 45+ seconds during the challenge, as described in the Official Rules.
5. Payouts
Payouts are processed after the verification period, final ranking confirmation, and receipt of required payout and tax information. Hey Maddie may withhold or adjust payouts for suspected fraud, rule violations, or chargebacks.
6. Termination
Hey Maddie may revoke creator access, suspend tracking, or disqualify participants for material rule violations, brand safety concerns, or prohibited promotional methods.
