How the challenge works

A transparent creator competition built around qualified paid subscribers—not views alone. Most creators will probably post once to hit the minimum. The more you post, the more chances you have to reach new people—and the better your odds of beating creators who stop at one.

  1. Apply

Register with your full name, email address, and TikTok handle. Hey Maddie reviews each application and may accept up to 100 creators.

  2. Get your creator link

Every approved creator receives a unique affiliate URL and access to approved talking points, brand assets, disclosure guidance, and campaign rules.

  3. Publish during the challenge

Post original TikTok content beginning on the official start date. To be eligible for payouts, you must publish at least 1 qualifying video of 45+ seconds that clearly discloses your Hey Maddie relationship. Content must stay live through the verification period.

  4. Generate qualified signups

Referred customers must use your unique link, become new paying subscribers, pass payment and fraud checks, and remain eligible through the qualification period.

  5. Earn and compete

You earn 25% commission on eligible signups you refer. The creator with the most qualified paid signups wins 25% of the Net Launch Pool. Posting more than the one-video minimum gives you more shots at signups—most competitors will likely stop at one.

Two ways to earn

25%

Standard creator commission

Earn 25% of eligible collected subscription revenue from each qualified subscriber you refer at $24.99/month.

  • Based on collected payments, not attempted payments
  • Refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent accounts, duplicate accounts, and ineligible transactions are excluded
  • The grand-prize winner also keeps her standard commission
  • Commission and prize payouts require at least 1 qualifying TikTok of 45+ seconds during the challenge
  • Unless separately agreed in writing, commission applies to the subscriber's first collected payment only

25% of the Net Launch Pool

Your Grand Prize

The approved creator with the highest final number of qualified paid signups receives 25% of the Net Launch Pool, in addition to her standard creator commission. If there is a tie for first place, the grand prize pool is split equally among the tied creators.

  • The Net Launch Pool equals eligible collected subscription revenue minus the configured deductions reserve
  • The current reserve is modeled at 20% for applicable fees, taxes, refunds, operational deductions, and payment-related costs
  • The displayed pool is an estimate until verification is complete
  • If two or more creators tie for the most qualified signups, the grand prize pool is split equally among them
  • More posts mean more reach—many creators will only post once, so posting more can improve your odds of winning
  • Final payout is subject to the Official Rules and required tax documentation

TikTok posting requirements

You need real campaign content on TikTok to qualify for payouts—not just a creator link.

  • Post at least 1 original TikTok during the challenge, each at least 45 seconds long, to be eligible for commission and prize payouts.
  • Each qualifying post must be original, truthful, and include a clear sponsorship or affiliate disclosure.
  • Qualifying posts must go live at or after the official challenge start time and stay public through the verification period.
  • Most creators will probably post once to hit the minimum. The more you post, the more chances you have to reach new people—and the better your odds of beating creators who stop at one.

What counts as a qualified signup?

A signup is added to the final leaderboard only when all qualification requirements are satisfied.

  • The customer is a new Hey Maddie customer and is not an existing, duplicate, recycled, or previously refunded account.
  • The customer enters through the creator's valid tracking link or approved attribution method.
  • The customer completes a paid subscription on the $24.99/month plan.
  • Payment is successfully collected and settled.
  • The transaction is not refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, self-referred, artificially generated, or otherwise ineligible.
  • The subscriber remains eligible through the configured 30-day qualification period.
  • The referral complies with the Official Rules, Affiliate Terms, platform policies, and required sponsorship disclosures.

Who should apply?

  • TikTok creators who genuinely serve an audience aligned with Hey Maddie.

  • Creators who will not make false guarantees, misleading income claims, unsupported product claims, or deceptive statements.
  • Creators willing to publish at least one qualifying TikTok (45+ seconds) and additional content if they want a competitive edge.
  • Creators willing to keep qualifying campaign content public through the verification period.
  • Applicants who are United States residents and able to receive payouts in the United States.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Hey Maddie may evaluate audience fit, engagement quality, content quality, brand safety, authenticity, location, and available campaign capacity.

Frequently asked questions

What TikTok content do I need to post?

Post at least 1 original TikTok during the challenge, each at least 45 seconds long, to be eligible for commission and prize payouts. Most creators will probably post once to hit the minimum. The more you post, the more chances you have to reach new people—and the better your odds of beating creators who stop at one.

Is this a normal affiliate program?

No. Approved creators receive standard affiliate commission, but this is also a limited-time creator competition with a grand prize based on the final Net Launch Pool.

How much does each creator earn?

Each approved creator earns 25% of eligible collected subscription revenue attributed to her creator link ($24.99/month plan). Actual earnings depend on qualified paid signups and final verification.

How is the grand prize calculated?

The grand prize equals 25% of the final Net Launch Pool. The Net Launch Pool is eligible collected subscription revenue generated during the challenge minus the deductions reserve and any adjustments defined in the Official Rules.

Does the winner also receive affiliate commission?

Yes. The winner receives her standard verified creator commission plus the grand prize, subject to the Official Rules and payout requirements.

Do free registrations count?

No. The ranking is based on qualified paid subscribers, not free accounts, clicks, views, likes, or unverified registrations.

What happens if two creators finish with the same number of qualified signups?

If there is a tie for first place, the grand prize pool is split equally among the tied creators. Each tied creator still receives her own standard verified commission on the subscribers she referred.

When will creators be paid?

Payouts are processed after the contest ends, the qualification and verification period is complete, required payout and tax information is received, and final results are confirmed. You must also meet the minimum TikTok posting requirement to receive commission or prize payouts.

Can I publish before the start date?

No. Early posts do not count. Eligible contest content must go live at or after the official start time.

Can I use paid ads to promote my creator link?

Only when expressly permitted by the Official Rules or approved in writing. Unauthorized trademark bidding, impersonation, spam, misleading ads, and prohibited paid traffic may result in disqualification.

Is the displayed prize amount guaranteed?

No. Any live or example amount is an estimate. The final prize depends on verified eligible revenue, deductions, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, fraud review, and the Official Rules.
